1. Is it a new house?

2. Facilitaties of the house.

3. radiation, etc., whether it is close to any high vol electric wires

4. whether it is close to a busy road, better not, if so, any stop signs

5. Safe or not, neighbours, etc.

6. school district

7. Check whether lights are flashing. Flashing lights might indicate unstable electronic wiring.

8. Furnace, heatpump & hot water tank

   • which years are they
   • whether it's noise while operating

9. Check for crawl space.

   • Prefer to not have a crawl space.
   • But if there's a crawl space,
     • check whether it's wet down there
     • check for droppings of mices

Ideas

VR, etc. for showing customs the house remotely. Not sure whether this is really a good idea ...
